We are not an organization, but a group of friends that thought it would be fun to read A Thousand Plateaus by Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari together and invite others to join in the process of explaining it to ourselves. Most of us are not academics and will not approach reading this way. Though many of us often read and discuss theory for pleasure and as a tool to better understand the world. It is only one tool amongst many. We in no way seek to privilege it here. Our goal is to take what feels fun, experimental and admittedly challenging in this book and make it an open invitation.
